Betsy Oh is a figurative sculptor and oil painter based in Woodstock, Georgia. She finds inspiration for her bold and colorful work from the human form, nature, old photographs, and travel. Her work frequently combines the human form with that of animals. She works in sculptural clay combining found objects and metals. Her finishes include underglazes, oxides, silver leaf, encaustic wax, and glazes. She rarely knows where her phone is, she has a hard time focusing and her red hair is from a box.
